Sunburnt & Settled

FINALLY....I have moved into my house. Yes, my very own house! The rehab part is over, but still minor details to finish up. I hear a home owner is never finished though, so we'll see how that goes. The internet/cable peeps finally made it out to hook everything up, so internet = blogging. So, lets see what has been going on. Oh, my gf finally got to come visit. It was a really great time even though my house wasn't too move-in ready. I miss her sooo much. We got to do a little shopping and some touring of downtown. Plus, we went to the zoo and the park. Got to ride in paddle boats and try to beat the storm that was brewing. I am gonna try to make a scrapbook as soon as she sends me all her pictures, so we can combine both sets. Right now I am peeling SO badly. I went on a float trip and in my drunkiness I guess I forgot I had a back because I put on zero sunscreen. Every year some part of my body gets burnt. You would think I would eventually learn.
